BiaQIm is a program for scientific image processing, analysis and visualisation.
It is a graphical user interface(GUI) program which allows you to perform many processes on digital images including interactive delineation of regions of interest (ROI), counting objects, thresholding, look-up table (LUT), manipulations, Fourier analysis, colour separation, grey level statistics, morphometry, masking operations, binary operations, region labelling and much, much more.
